1. SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY
Shipping and processing rates are calculated based on flat-rate shipping rates according to your shipping mode. More information about shipping costs can be found in Shipping Rates & Shipping Options.
Note: Currently all orders are shipped from Indonesia.
* Long Delivery (Since the order was sent) 3-6 working days
* Working days are calculated Monday – Saturday, and not include national holidays.
* Please note that delivery may take longer during promotional periods and holiday seasons.
Please note that estimated delivery date / time is at our best estimate and may be affected by conditions such as shipping restrictions, payment authorizations, online security checks and stock availability.
Orders made and confirmed before 12:00 (GMT+7) on business days will be processed on the same day, while orders made and confirmed after 12:00 (GMT+7) will be processed on the next business day. Business days refer to Monday through Saturday, excluding Sundays and Public Holidays. You will receive your order the next business day after processing. Deliveries are made Monday through Saturday, except for Holidays.
2. ORDER STATUS & TRACKING
You can view the status of your order in My Orders under My Account. Once logged in, your order status will be listed next to your order number.

Pending Payment | Your order has been received and is waiting for payment from you. |
Processing | Your order is currently being processed. |
Shipped | Your order has been sent to the designated courier company. You will receive a notification email with a tracking number sent to you. |
Cancelled | Your order has been cancelled. |
Complete | Your order has been successfully received. |
