RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

We want you to love your DC BY NC, DCNC purchase. Try it at the comfort of your home and if you are not satisfied with the item, return it within 7 days of receiving your order.

• Make sure the item is in original condition, with original packaging, original label and price tag attached.
• All items must be unworn, unused, unwashed and in its original condition.
• Footwear should have no scuff marks on its outsole.
• A final inspection will be carried out to ensure all items are in their original conditions before processing your return.
• If non of the above conditions are met, we regret to inform that we are unable to process any claims for exchanges or refund regardless that the items have been mailed back to us.

Sales item(s) are non-exchangeable nor returnable either in our retail boutique or via our online portal.
